Meet Neetu

I’m a trauma-informed counselling psychologist who works with Indian adults (24-45 years) navigating questions of self-worth, identity, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is steady, calm, and deeply attuned creating a reflective space where you can bring your fears, patterns, motivations, and desires without judgment. This is a space where you are met with clarity, patience, and honesty, so you can show up as your full, authentic self.

I work in a semi-structured and insight-oriented way, helping you uncover irrational core beliefs, attachment injuries, and long-standing emotional patterns that quietly shape your life. Together, we approach your emotions and beliefs with equal importance — slowing down enough to understand them, feel them, and channel them in safer, healthier ways. Healing unfolds at a pace that honours your emotional depth and inner timing.

Drawing from REBT, EFT, DBT, and ACT, my work is both emotionally grounded and practically supportive. You will be inspired to have a curious and a compassionate attitude towards yourself as you begin to understand why you respond the way you do. Over time, you’ll develop resilience, self-acceptance, and a more intentional way of living. The one guided by clarity, and aligned with the values that matter most to you.

My Style of Work

I work with clients in 03 phases of transformation, each phase is 06 months long. 

Each phase builds on the previous phase — creating space for real, lasting change that touches not just how you feel, but how you live.

    • This phase builds safety and stability, helping you reconnect with yourself and understand the emotional patterns shaping your life. It lays the foundation for deeper healing by cultivating self-trust and emotional presence.

    • Client experience: “I’m beginning to understand myself, my patterns, and where they come from.”

    • Here, we gently explore past wounds and limiting stories, working through emotional pain with compassion. You’ll begin to rebuild a more grounded sense of self and nurture healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

    • Client experience: “I’m learning to respond differently. I’m not ruled by my past anymore.”

    • This phase helps you integrate your growth into daily life, so healing becomes a natural way of being. You’ll experience greater peace, authenticity, and freedom to live from wholeness rather than woundedness.

    • Client experience: “I feel more steady and aligned within myself. My choices and relationships feel clearer.”

Here's a focused 08 week program for you that’s designed to help you gain clarity on what’s going on emotionally for you, identify root themes, develop tools to manage feelings with more awareness and map out a direction for healing.

This program is about gaining clarity and emotional grounding. If you decide to continue, we’ll go deeper into understanding the roots of your patterns. That’s where healing and rebuilding start.

= ₹28,000 total

Payment

Either full upfront or in 02 instalments (₹14,000 every 04 weeks)

By the end of these 08 weeks, you’ll have a clear sense of your patterns and next steps. If you choose to continue, we simply continue with your existing process and fee.

I've been in therapy with Neetu for around 3 years now. It took me a couple of therapists to get to her. Being her client has taught me to decipher what it is I actually want from a therapeutic relationship. It amazes me how she holds space for my experiences despite them being completely opposite to hers. It was this quality that made me choose her as my therapist. She showed and still continues to hold the torch to my authentic self. This might be slightly overrated but when someone sees you unconditionally for who you are and not what you should be, it slowly removes a lot of clutter from your psyche. That way, you will be making choices that are aligned with yourself, not what others think you ought to be doing. By working with her, I am slowly moving out of dichotomous thinking and learning to peacefully coexist with all parts of myself. When I met her, I was lost and hopeless but now I have found my calling and am pursuing it despite it being unconventional. No, it isn't because Neetu gave me a magic pill or told me what to do. She just gave me a mirror and gently guided me to look at my own reflection- the one I had been running away from. Overall, it has been a bittersweet journey. It was the best decision I made for myself.
